Nia Dance Movement

Nia classes provide a welcoming, safe space for women to connect to others and make friends, express themselves through movement and also learn choreography to stimulate the mind.

Wednesdays 11:00AM – 12:00PM

16 October to 11 December 2024 (7 weeks)
No NIA 13 & 17 November

Cost: $70 ($35 Concession)
Pre-payment incentive is 1 class free of charge ($60 or $30 Concession for 7 weeks)

Location: Annandale Neighbourhood Centre (upstairs hall), 79 Johnston Street, Annandale

A welcoming space for women to move in their own body’s way.

Nia is a unique combination of dance arts, martial arts and healing arts creating an experience that leaves you feeling uplifted, alive and relaxed.

Each woman chooses their own intensity level for comfort and ease.
