Nia classes provide a welcoming, safe space for women to connect to others and make friends, express themselves through movement and also learn choreography to stimulate the mind.

* Classes on 30 April and 14 May will be held at Leichhardt Town Hall, corner of Marion and Norton Streets, Leichhardt

Each woman chooses their own intensity level for comfort and ease.
