Our physio Tusanee is hosting a workshop for women who want to learn how to use and strengthen their pelvic floor muscles.

Learn healthy bladder and bowel habits, the anatomy and function of the pelvic floor and how to correctly activate it.
Wear comfy clothes and bring a yoga mat or a towel.
Wednesday 10 April, 6.30-8.30pm. $20 per woman, or $10 concession. Refreshments included.
