We’re running groups by Zoom during the Coronavirus period! They’ll keep us connected and mean you’re not missing out on having good health, develop, learn and be supported during these unusual times.

Costs are a low $10 regardless of whether it’s a six week course or a one-off workshop.

If you’re new to using Zoom – just call us on 9560 3011 and we’ll talk you through using it. Zoom is a video call you can access from a device (computer, iPad or phone. You just need to make sure you have a microphone and camera).

Basically, the process will be:
– When you book into your group or workshop, we’ll ask for your email address
– Before the group or workshop starts, we’ll email you a link
– A few minutes before the group or course starts, be at the device you’ll be using for the group/workshop, open your email and click on the link
– The facilitator will welcome you into the (virtual!) group
(If you can’t be seen or heard, look to the bottom of the Zoom screen and you’ll – see a small microphone and camera, make sure they don’t have a red line through them, if you can see a red line, click on the icon with the red line to un-mute or unblock. Also check your sound is loud enough). It should work!

We’ll be looking forward to resuming our face to face groups and also the talks with community groups when the social distancing rules can be relaxed and it’s safe for everyone.
