Thank you to everyone who responded to our recent survey! 99% of the 70 respondents said we were excellent, very good or good (with 70% saying excellent!). The centre scored above the national average when compared to over 860,000 people in over 5600 GP practices across Australia. Particularly positive feedback was received about our waiting times, privacy, being able to see your doctor of choice, reminder systems, illness prevention, comfort of the waiting room, our concern for the patient, time for visit and the consideration provided. Our telephone access is about the same as the national average, so we’re looking at how we can improve it and we had a couple of requests to consider extending our opening hours – which we will also look at.
