If you have a complaint about the service you’ve received, please phone to speak with the Manager on 9560 3011. In order for your complaint to be investigated you may be asked to put the details in writing.
The manager investigates complaints and actively looks for areas for improvement. Your views, including complaints, are an important part of our learning and help us review our processes and maintain the best environment possible for health and wellbeing.
